S&W Rebate Program

Has anybody recently purchased a brand new S&W pistol and submitted the $50 mail in rebate, or 2 free magazines slip?

I purchased my pistol about two week ago and mailed the rebate form in to the rebate company on the same day I did the DROS for the gun, and apparently my rebate submission isn't in their database yet. Has anybody received their $50 rebate from S&W? How long did it take for it to show up in the rebate tracking website?

Took me about 3 months to get my mags, When you mail it in it goes to another company not S&W and once they get it it sits for a while then gets input then they said it takes up to 3 weeks to do anything once its input into the system.

I have done it with 3 M&P's when they have done this in the past, and it took between 3-8 weeks (each one was different).

took me about 1.5 months. i mailed mine in right before the rebate was supposed to end, so it probably reached them after it did.

I did with 2 M&P's. It took about 6-8 weeks. The second seemed to take the longest, I figured business was up and they got behind.

I picked up my new S&W M&P40 on 08-10-10, and I mailed out the rebate form for 2 free mags on 08-11-10. I've checked the rebate website periodically since then, and I'm still not registered in the database. I'll be checking again this week.

I just got my two free magazines last week after waiting for about 8 weeks. I kept checking my rebate status and it never once said it was shipped. The magazines just showed up on my doorstep.

i hit 6 weeks from the date my rebate was postmarked today. still no signs that my request was even received. i guess i can start calling to see whats going on

Oh this thread is back from the dead! I guess I can tell you guys that I received my rebate check last week. I emailed S&W voicing my concerns about the lack of a rebate check, and 2 days later it came in.

I bought an M&P .45 and received my mags a few weeks ago. I never came up in the system online, I just received an email from Smith & Wesson telling me I had a package on the way.

Where did you guys find forms? I purchased a M&P9 and it didn't come with any papers about a rebate.... did I miss it?
