Weird nightmare about guns...

Ok, I admit it. I think about boobies all day. So when I dream, they come and get me. And I am ok with it.

I wasn't talking about that kind of gun. I was talking about the fun gun, as in Full Metal Jacket "This is my rifle. This is my gun. This is for fighting. This is for fun." ahhhh forget it Must not have been funny.

This is weird I had a dream last night that my 1911 broke!

I get a variation of this dream as well (in addition to some other stress dreams):

1. In a gun battle. Trigger pull is almost impossible and when it does break, it feels like a staple gun. Then the bullets travel very slowly and cause no damage to my opponent.

2. In a fist fight, beating the crap out of my opponent and all punches cause no damage.

3. One or more of my teeth become loose, break or fall out.

4. Trying to run from bad guy, but can't.

5. Driving on a road which becomes steeper and steeper until, finally, the vehicle cannot keep traction and begins to roll/fall backwards.

6. About to bang hottie, remember I have significant other, then turn down hottie. Wake up, rage because its ok to bang hotties in dreams.

In my dream, there is no bad guy - I am just holding the G19 and I am squeezing the trigger and I find it very difficult so I loose my sight/target (the target is never clear in the dream, it could be a bad guy - I don't know) but I am just unable to pull the trigger. I am not a weak guy, I am in control of my life to a good extent, and I have had plenty of firearm training. I wonder if I put in a #3.5 connector into the G19 if the dreams will stop... only gun related dream I ever had.

I found myself wondering the same thing today about my G26. I even took a look at the lonewolfs. It's wierd because my main worry about shooting a bad guy would be controlling my group and not wildly snapping off 10 rounds in a 20' circle around the guy.
