    What is a 2+1 drill?
This is Jeff Cooper's Mozambique drill, now called the Failure Drill for the more politically correct.

2 to the center of mass, 1 to the head, in case they're wearing body armor.

For those of us old enough to remember one-hit wonder The Singing Nun and "Dominique", here's a spoof of that song called "Mozambique"...

Unfortunately, I do remember that one hit wonder (shows my age). Ironic, that it is now used to teach 2 + 1 hits. Great disclaimer at the bottom of the page.

The Best ammo you can put through your Glock is .22LR! If you're new to handguns, and I believe you said you were, I'd strongly suggest holding off on the 9mm and get yourself a .22LR conversion kit and shoot that until you build up proficiency. I believe Advantage Arms was the make to get for Glocks. The initial outlay may be around $200 or so, but the ammo will only set you back about .90/50 rounds. The savings in ammo costs will pay for the conversion kit and you'll also learn how to shoot much faster.

When it comes to 9, I'm cheap, so I shoot cheap stuff.

While in the PRK, I'd shoot WWB from Walmart at $10.50/100. Other options include Blazer for $6/50 or Cal Ammo reloads at $6/50. I probably would have shot wolf more, but my range doesn't allow it.

Now, I exclusively shoot Blazer from Academy Sports for $3.68/50!!!
