They used to: I have three including one with a threaded barrel (which I have sealed away). That said, they cancelled an M16A1 upper order I made last December, and I've ordered "lots" of uppers from PSA in the past so maybe things have changed?

True, but I don't think any out-of-box on roster options come with suppressor height sights for co-witness. If that is a must, it may require replacing the stock sights which is 95% of the hassle of installing 3rd party slides.

Those CA compliant/on roster, out-of-box optic ready pistols
        Hellcat CA
        Hellcat Pro CA
        P365CA
(Those pistols are rms-c footprint cut already.)

you only need to install the rms-c red dot for co-witness, no suppressor height sights needed.

(same for the Max-9 CA however you will have to buy a Max-9 complete slide from Ruger, luckily it is very affordable. Max-9 CA is not out-of-box OR)

Sounds like the LCI?s are the main obstacle to out of the box OR. There are options, but just wanted to know if I was missing something on the roster.

Brownells carries cut slides for Glocks and others.

For P365 it depends on the optics you use. If you take a look at Sig's slide+optic combos, they use suppressor height for the older Romeo models and standard height with the latest Romeo X models. On my P365 and Holosun 507K I had to go with suppressor height for a 1/3 co-witness.

Re: PSA I just got a stripped lower from them a couple weeks ago (shipped to my FFL of course) and has other parts shipped directly to me. So I don't see any problem with them shipping to CA.

But, Ruger is now selling OR slides at a very reasonable price.
                    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

You could buy a Springfield Armory XD on the classified for cheap and add a factory milled OSP slide. You will still retain the normal regular slide.
