Not sure what this will sell for in the real world but with a list price of $349, it will likely be at Turners for $329 or even $299 on sale. Round here, a new Glock anything sells for $549 or $599 depending on model so a lot more than $100 difference.
That $250.00-$300.00 savings would pay for a decent amount of practice ammo. My brother isn't hard up for cash, he makes pretty good money but with a large family, a new home, two dogs and in laws who have been going through major life changes, his gun fund has been very limited. I'm single so I buy whatever I want and can afford but when I was married, it was the same thing, between the ex and me, we made good money but I couldn't just buy any firearm I wanted. Home upkeep and improvement, kids sports, lessons, vacation fund, for a lot of people, they have to buy a less expensive gun simply because they aren't fanatics like we are and don't have a safe full of guns and they often have to work a firearms purchase into a pre-allocated amount of money.
