Got a P230 coming soon. I wish they had something in 9mm that small. The P239 was, in my opinion, a flop.

Congrats and welcome to the club! My latest acquisition that's going on my 226R. Sorry, disregard the red circle. I was using it to identify to sellers the specific TLR I wanted.

I wanted .40 that's why I didn't go with the Navy version. If they had offered it in .40 I would have considered it. I also have admired the two tone and stainless versions however I couldn't beat the price SoCal Guns was offering

Way too expensive for me. I can get a W. German P6 out the door and still have 75-100 left over. Plus, after reading reviews, I think this fits the bill.

I've posted this a million times, but here it is again...reverse two tone and stainless. I specifically wanted stainless for the 226 because I wanted it to help with the recoil. Oh and get a .357 sig barrel too. I have a P6 so that's why I didn't get the Bar-Sto barrel...but it's basically 3 guns in 1!

Make sure to take pics of your new gun! And that's Sig's tac-light. Comes with a strobe light which is a neat feature, but it eats up batteries quite a bit. TLR will probably cost me 50-60 more but over time, I think I'll do fine with savings on batteries.

Will the STL fit on any handgun with a rail? The reason I ask is that my XDM, P99, and USP all have rails

Good question. I don't know, as I only have Sig's and my only sig with a rail is the 226.

-Edit: I did some google research and it will fit some but not all 1913-railed pistols. For example, I found some posters to say that it will fit XD's, but not certain Glocks so YMMV. I like it's compact size. As you can see from my picture, it doesn't extend that much further past the barrel. I also like the strobe feature, and the fact that it's hard plastic vs. metal, as some people have complained that the TLR's and other metal lights have scratched/scuffed their metal rails. But that's okay with me.

Also, unlike other tac lights, the laser is integrated into the light module itself. It's not mounted below or anything like that. Don't know if that helps or hinders, but I think it made zeroing and shooting easier, but I'll compare it to the TLR when I get it.

I just bought one on CheaperThanDirt.com so I'll check it out when it arrives. Out of curiousity how did you do the reverse stainless look, I've only seen the two tone with the slide stainless

According to the fellas at sigforum, it was a rare run. Some re-seller said he sold these a few years back and was told there were only a few hundred. So I bought it this way.

My buddy has 2 all stainless Sigs and he dislikes two tone, reverse or not.
