Maybe I should have clarified more the mare’s leg being a pistol with a 2/3 - 3/4 stock and off roster there isn’t a lot of them in California. There is all kinds of postings about them but none sold on here to even have a clue the market.

So I guess the best answer for price is going be what someone is willing to pay for one as they are someone’s dream gun.

In a free state, they would be very useful for putting a real stock on (after
paying $200 tax stamp) and producing a handy short barrel rifle (carbine, for some purists among us). In California, probably only of interest to people living out childhood fantasies based on the TV series, and then only until the first range trip, after which it shows up in the Marketplace again.

I think you missed a zero on the end of those numbers or haven't you looked at the marketplace here?

They're kind of a worthless gun. I'm sure some people like the idea of them but probably wouldn't use em or keep em for very long.
