    Horizontal foreword grip?

On a fixed mag pistol (ar or otherwise) is an additional grip, placed at 90deg+/- from the original grip (front left handguard rail) legal?
The verbiage I'm seeing on removable mag pistols is 'additional grip', but on fixed mag I'm seeing 'vertical grip'... Actual code?

An example of a horizontal forward grip...

Since 01-01-2000, the Browning Buck Mark Silhouette has been an assault weapon in CA due to it being a semi-auto pistol that does not have a fixed magazine and has a second handgrip.
^The second handgrip being it's horizontal forward grip.

The code section listed above is for a REMOVABLE MAGAZINE.
Is there anything applicable to a fixed magazine pistol (ar pistol)?

Laws are written to tell you what is not legal. If you don't see a law telling you that it's not legal, it's legal.

On a fixed magazine pistol there are no laws saying a second horizontal grip is not legal.
          Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

The fixed magazine is a CA deal to have pistols with certain features.

Putting on a vertical fore grip is a federal deal. Doing so creates an AOW. AOWs are legal in CA, so long as you can get it approved by BATF.

Yup, that's how some people have gotten Judge and Governors in CA. You can also get Shortys this way.

But AOW is for VERTICAL grip. Not horizontal or angled, correct?
Feel like no one is reading my original question...

                      Correct.

We are reading your question. It's already been answered. You just seem to be having trouble understanding the answer.

Since you don't seem to be able to state any relevant information and think it's been answered, I'm just gonna assume you don't understand my question either.

Quiet's post answered it from a CA perspective. 30515 (a)5
