    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

Let us know what you think of it gm4sd. Your a well respected colt collector and your opinion holds a lot of weight in my book.

Just came from Turners, what a Zoo. Instead of October 1 pickup it’s two days
later on October 3. I forgot NO PICTURES allowed! Looking over— here’s what I
              saw.

********Just verified from the Colt Forum,NO PARTS from the new interchange with the original EXCEPT Grips*********

              1) Muzzle was clean,no discrepancies in the crown like some early ones
              2) Finish is nice but HIGHLY polished, more then I expected or like
              3) Timing and bolt drop are perfect- bolt APPEARS smaller, not good imho
4)Hammer, style is not like the old, appears slip proof but doesn’t feel as good
              5) Don’t like the rear sight configuration totally new design
              6) Trigger pull is a tad heavier
              7) Forgot this—— Grips are ok for handling but colorwise and shapewise not so much. Old style grips fit fine and look better.

Overall for money in today’s gun market it’s probably a pretty good buy but I’m
not sure I will keep mine,I’d prefer an old style.

Thanks for the first impressions review. Will check back in early october for more.

No one around me took preorders. I have one ffl that I have a handshake agreement to purchase one when they come down near msrp. So I may be waiting ahwile.

I though picture is allow for your gun ONLY not store gun. May be with a lot of customers they changed the rule.

I have the new cobra and the new king cobra. Let us know if it has damage underneath the top strap like the cobras do. Very disappointed on how colt just let this slide thru QC.

The bolt in the frame that locks into the cylinder notches. Again without access to measuring tools it could be my eyesight. IF it
is in fact smaller that’s not good imo. Pete

****JUST VERIFIED by pros on Colt site, the cylinder bolt is NOT the same as the original but NEED to measure the ACTUAL SIZE
to see if in fact it is smaller. Also NO parts of the NEW interchange with the OLD except grips!**********

I'm new to revolvers. Where is the top strap on the king Cobra and what to look for? Thanks.
I love my King Cobra Target, but I don't know any better.
