Dang you! The only oddball I own is a CZ52. Don't have the 9mm barrel for it though.

I was considering listing it on my CCW but I never did.

I have no ammunition shortage of the necked down cartridges either. This is what a just opened mil-surplus spam can of 17 boxes of 72 cartridges each (1,224 total) looks like.

Now to hear the gasps from some folks, as I admit to having one listed on my California CCW License...

TC Contender with .445 Supermag and 7-30 Waters barrels.

And, a little free America .223 eye candy:

.357 Sig count? Because I use it in my Sig Sauer P229, which I do carry on some occasions.

Man, not much given the guidelines, have 2 LCP2's in .380 acp, and an NAA Mini Revolver in 22 mag. Always wanted a 44 mag, but none yet.

That's the good one, I'd gasp if you had the Tokarev listed.

Which is a shame, really. Still a .41 is one of those ‘enthusiasts’ cartridge, because it’s just too much for most applications.

I would still jump on a .30 carbine Blackhawk for a good price.

I would call it a regular caliber, others may not, but I am very partial to the 357 sig. Personally I don't experience the recoil of a 357 sig in full size handgun much different than other calibers, certainly not to the point of thinking it would hinder self defense capability. In subcompacts I load light with the Sig V Crown ammo still a couple hundred pounds more energy than 9mm. Do I think the extra expense is worth it? You bet, an additional 300 lbs energy is well worth it.

I'll go for .32 ACP, as used by the PPK my uncle captured from a German in Italy. I took it with me last summer when I traveled to visit my son and his family, and went to the range with him, his sons, and my brother. The grandsons liked it because it was stronger than a .22, but controllable, and didn't hit as hard as 9mm.
Besides, a PPK in .32 ACP has that Bond James Bond cachet.
He that dasheth in pieces is come up before thy face: keep the munition, watch the way, make thy loins strong, fortify thy power mightily.

I always thought the 9x25 Dillon was a cool round.

The liberty defense 60 grain nickel alloy 10 mm ammo at 2400 FPS seems entertaining too.

I just bought a .17 hornet, which was a forever wildcat.
Buying a safe and sane firework is like paying a hooker for a hug. I do not see the appeal in it.
