    Not rarity, just a limited supply aka deficit.

      Agree . But how can we compare OFF ROSTER HK P7M13 to also off roster current production Sig P210 target?

        Much better way to put it. I started typing before I could pull my head out of my arse and think clearly.

          LCI = Loaded Chamber Indicator.

          Even though all CLI are a type of LCI, the majority of LCI do not meet the legal requirements for a CLI. [PC 16380]

          As used in this part, “chamber load indicator” means a device that plainly indicates that a cartridge is in the firing chamber. A device satisfies this definition if it is readily visible, has incorporated or adjacent explanatory text or graphics, or both, and is designed and intended to indicate to a reasonably foreseeable adult user of the pistol, without requiring the user to refer to a user’s manual or any other resource other than the pistol itself, whether a cartridge is in the firing chamber.

            I surely hope that LEO’s and Mil aren’t voting for these asshat politicians or their bs laws.
            The CA unsafe handgun laws (which created the Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale) is an example of what happens when gun owners do not stand together and only look out for their own self-interests.

            When the unsafe handgun legislation was introduced and first started working it's way through the legislature; CA LE unions, CA entertainment industry prop masters, and CA cowboy action shooting groups opposed it.

            After they were able to secure exemptions for their respective groups, they switched from opposing to being neutral (LE & prop masters) or to supporting (cowboy shooters) the legislation. This switch allowed gun control advocates to convince fence sitting politicians to help pass it, since "pro-gun groups" supported proposed legislation.

                    Please stop spreading the rumor it's about the money. To be placed on the roster you must submit 2 guns for testing, pay the 3rd party testing company and something like $250 to the state.
