Screenshot from sootch00's video. Pretty sure the P365 with the 12-mag would be shorter than the 43X.

Would be nice if they were available here (safer to assume they won't be); would love a 48...but not going to pay $1000+ for one here.

You've been on Calguns for almost 4 years and still don't know how the roster works???

So, a single-stack version of the 19 and a harder-to-conceal 43. At this point, Glock is blindly throwing darts at a board and hoping something sticks.

While I'm a Glock fan, these are a couple of odd ducks.

The G43x is a bigger pistol in all dimensions when compared with the G43 and yet, it is much larger than P365 with the same capacity.

For those using mag extensions in their G43 this my be a viable, if larger option.

The G48x is a slightly slimmer g19 with reduced capacity, when compared with free state G19's.

So far, for me, my G26 and G43 are better choices for CCW.

The p365 remains on my wish list.

I will shoot all of these to compare them on my next free state visit...

My G42 is still the smallest Glock available and I can get what feels like a full grip on it with my smallish hands with +1 Taran Tactical baseplates. So after watching the video reviews, I believe I will stick with the G42 as my warm weather EDC, and I like it enough that I may buy a backup this year.

I had been planning to get a G26 Gen 5, since I've started to carry my Gen 3 a bit this winter, and it's worked out better than I had hoped when I wear a jacket or vest. Both the 43X and 48 have longer grips than the G26 (looking at the rear of the grip) even when the G26 uses the Glock factory 12-round mags, so for me the G26 seems more concealable. I think I will like the G26.5 even better with its smaller grip (with no backstraps), so I think I will pass on the 43X and 48 and stick with what I have.

A CCW with an extended magazine. Where have I seen that before? Oh, that's right, in every other CC pistol on the planet. Difference is, if I want to switch between more rounds and better concealment in a Shield, 365, XDS, or anything else, I don't have to go get a whole different gun. Aren't there already aftermarket mag extensions for the 43 that fulfill the exact purpose of the 43X?

Glock is so boring and plain. I’m happy with my sigs, berettas, STI and Smith’s

Am I seeing things or does the G48 not have a light rail?

Oh that's right, they'll release a version with a light rail and call it G48X 😂
