I’d say tucked under the bathroom sink. Most sinks have plenty of space underneath them and you really have to reach in to get it."A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

This seems like a good idea to me.Glock under small rag in bottom of small trash can next to toilet, the one where all the used paper goes if you are on septic. Because there is a plastic grocery sack in can for waste paper, gun stays clean, and nobody is going to paw through that when the lid is flipped open. If needed, pull bag out, grab pistol.Comment

What happens if you've put your weapon away because you have guests AND there's trouble? Or do you leave a note on the front door to inform the criminals to try again at a more convenient time for you?
Maybe you've figured out the perfect solution for the bathroom and someone else is using it when something happens, then what?

$9 Magnet that you screw into something like the inside of a bathroom undersink cabinet/cupboard (what do you call those things?) like under the sink. When kids come over, just put the gun in the safe, when they aren't there, just stick the slide to the magnet.
Keep in mind that burglars may rummage through your medicine cabinet looking for pills. Not sure if they'd rummage under the sink, especially if you just put toilet paper there and nothing that looks of value. Put a plunger or toilet brush in there so at a glance the cabinet is just full of non-drug and somewhat unpleasant bathroom items.==================

My thoughts. Every time I hear about someone feeling the need to carry at home and having to have a gun within hand's reach at every moment, I think two things. I keep my cleaning kit in the bathroom. Being seated is the perfect time to clean your EDC and get all the lint and sweat off it.
What else you got to do???Only slaves don't need guns

Seriously....OP unless your just fooling around....Who wants to live like that.
I used to work with a guy that went through some really nasty **** during his tours of Vietnam. He had guns hidden everywhere in his house. He said he knew he would never get over his time over there, and he would never be unarmed. Again.....Sorry OP you feel so vulnerable.Comment

Once you're done with your Glock and then your #2, what better use of a brass brush and a liberal spritz of Ballistol?
