    First Glock

Finally decided to get me a Glock. I was looking at a sig 220 combat or the Glock 30sf. Main factor for choosing the glock over the sig was size and the 2 more rounds the glock carried. Was my choice correct?

I've actually put the glock 30sf on my list of things to buy next year as well.. the compact size and capacity were a win for me. I was deciding between the 21sf and the 30sf looking foward to 2019.

Can’t really go wrong with a Glock. They just work. Get some ammo and have a great time shooting it.

Don’t forget the ability to easily use conversion barrels with the Glock as a plus.

I too finally got with the times and bought a Glock.

You made a good decision. Both would have been a good decision, actually.

I say that I appreciate the performance of Glocks - really hard to go wrong with a .45 in a reliable platform! I think you made the wisest choice, because you have more money for ammo now!

There are also 10mm conversion barrels and loads of extra bits for Glocks. I’m probably gonna pick up a 20sf or 21sf just after Christmas - then who knows, might need a 35 too!

Looks like a good evening to head to angeles shooting range and see how well it shoots. Time for some rapid fire 45 shooting!

Just picked up a G23 myself, mid size 40

The G30 is a great little blaster. I picked one up a while back as a truck gun and now has become one of those guns that gets pulled out on every range trip. You made a good choice OP.

I would also choose the G30 SF

you really get your money's worth with the Glock, reasonably priced, high support, ease of maintenance, reliability, light weight

you can service it with the simple Glock tool in a few minutes

Glocks are awesome. It’s the “canned Spam” of handguns. People either hate them or love them, but they always work. ....provided you don’t start changing out original factory parts with “imposter parts.”
