Would love to see sone of these manufactured with a true dedicated 9mm lower that accepts Glock Mags, no 9mm mag block adapter.

What pistol buffer tube is installed? Doesn’t look to have a castle nut. Is it something we can replace? Easily removable? Torque specs?

Uh, that would be a Franklin Armory buffer tube. It is replaceable, but we use red Vibratite in the process.

(Of course, now all the "operators" are going to tell me how it needs to be staked. They are always welcome to ding up their gun if they like, but the Vibratite works very well.)

The buffer tube is also available separately here: https://www.franklinarmory.com/produ...ol-buffer-tube

Two CA7 handguns should be double-wielded, as God intended. Cycling the action should be done with a length of bailing twine tied to the charging handles and run round your back. Fire two rounds from the hip, then just push the handguns forward to eject the brass and pull em back to the hip before firing the next two rounds.

Make a youtube when you get these babies into action.

Ordered my CA 7 about 2 weeks ago. Great thanks to Jay and the whole Franklin Armory team for coming up with such a great solution for us Californians! If I could afford 10 I would have bought them!
                          Question to Franklin Armory.
I thought I had saw somewhere in this thread that you had suggested the possibility of putting a foregrip on? If so what would something like this cost and what would the turnaround time be?
Thanks again Franklin Armory and a very Merry Christmas!

Super pumped about this. Just waiting for my LGS to get them in...

"I wonder if we can use an SB arm brace along with a Law Tactical folding adapter?"

Depends on what forward grip. Since the CA7 is under 26", one cannot install a vertical forward grip without first registering the pistol as an AOW. An angled grip would not require an AOW registration. It is also easy for an end user install an AFG to the M-lok handguard.

I have heard that braces have enjoyed tacit acceptance by CADOJ. Many have registered their braced pistols as AWs, but mine was an exempt AOW, so I don't have direct experience. I am also not aware of any law that would preclude adding a folding buffer tube to a CA7.

As always, we manufacture the CA7 for CA in a purpose built, roster approved, configuration. I hate to sound like the Grinch here, but, any modifications can effect the warranty as well as the legal status of your firearm. You are ultimately responsible for the end result.

                              Merry Christmas!
