RTF2 Glocks are the best. Keep that one.

I would sell the Gen 2. I think they suck compared to the later versions.

Im not really a fan of the older models with unsupported chambers

Sell the one you never find yourself wanting to bring to the range. I had an M&P 9 full sized that I completely reworked and as much I loved that gun I never took it to the range.

I sold it to a gentlemen who just sent me a video the other day of him shooting it in USPSA. It's clearly being used and enjoyed instead of sitting in my safe only getting air occasionally.

So sell the gen 2 since it only has 200 rds. and buy a real gun like a 1911

A better solution is to arrange a payment schedule for those bills considering that the value of the guns is low.
I think this is good advice. Many creditors will help you if you show a willingness to work something out. They may or may not charge interest, so be sure you cross your 'I's' and dot your 'T's' before signing anything.

If you do decide to sell one of the guns, sell the Gen2.

I honestly never thought of glock being collectors items. How much could a $500 plastic pistol that they made a gazillion of be worth? Even if they double witch I find not the case only on calguns it's only a grand. They made and sold so many that doesn't make then collectors items I don't get it?

It's not a matter of creditors. It's a matter of that I live on a budget and I have some upcoming expenses for my daughters homecoming at school. There's tickets, there's a dress and there's other things that go along with it.

I don't go into savings for any reason except for serious emergencies.

My Gen2 duty G17 is still as sound and shoots as well as my Gen3 and 4. Nothing really different between the 2 or 4 in function except for the recoil system; mostly minor features like the light rail, backstraps and extra locking pin which make no difference to me.

No way I'd ever sell my Gen 2 but it has, sentimental value to me and shows signs of age and heavy use that would minimize its value to others.

However, for a non collector w/no emotional connection to the gun, selling the Gen 2 to generate more $ might be the better choice.

As between a Gen2 and RFT2 only the owner is in a position to decide which to sell. There really isn't a right or wrong answer. Its just a matter of personal choice.
I gotta agree with this. I have a gen 2 G22 and a gen 3 G23. Both are as strong as day one. Neither has failed in any way.

One is a mint generation 2 in the Tupperware with less than 300 rounds fired through it. All paperwork is with it. The other one is a rtf2 in mint condition with under 400 rounds fired through it. There's no box with that one.

Which one do you think I should sell?
I like all Glocks but I love the Glock 17 Gen 2. So the rtf2 has to go.
