I've seen a variety of X number of firearm threads, and it turns into end of days requirements, and people pick 1 or 2 handguns and then long guns. I'm trying to see what people like most for a variety of circumstances. When you ask a favorite/best handgun there are so many circumstances in what's best, home defense/ccw/range/competition/etc, that it just becomes a mix bag. I'm going to be buying some new handguns soon and my mind thinks about buying so many different ones that I'm trying to consolidate and control myself, at least a little. This seems to be a good way to narrow down what's most important to people in terms of just handguns for everyday life. So far it's been pretty interesting, especially the number of large caliber revolvers

I see your point. I should have stated you can have a all the rifles you want in this scenario. I've never hunted with a handgun so it didn't cross my mind

There are tons of threads here of top X firearms, favorite y type of gun, and end of world can only have what you can carry. And elsewhere there are favorite type of purses, pants, anal beads, cat videos etc. This is what the internet is for

I would trade my H&K USP for a P7. I will probably be looking to trade one of my P2000's for a G19 later this year.
