My thoughts too... I am definitely getting the HK now, just have to decide whether to get the FN as well.

Go with the FN.

It's harder to get in CA, so it'll sell fore more if you decide to get rid of it.

It comes with interchangable backstraps, which will make it feel less bulky compared to the H&K USP-45.

Found the USP on Gunbroker, which I didn't expect. The auction ended in the middle of the day and no one had bid on the gun in hours, picked it up for $600, cheaper than I have seen anywhere, and I have been looking. The FNP is from a friend (LEO). It is brand new, he needs the cash and is selling it at what it cost him $590 (probably b/c he knows he'll get to shoot it still and keep his $).
