My FFL would have gotten right on the phone with the DOJ himself. I think FFLs have their own helpline for that system. The DOJ staff that answer it are usually quite helpful.Formerly TargetMaven

I am so glad I don't live in California anymore. I miss the scenery of NorCal where I lived, but not any of the politics or laws they are forever cooking up. I went in to a Sportsman's Warehouse last week, and they had a Beretta M9-22LR right there on the shelf. Not only did I not have to worry about whether or not it was on some dumb list, but I walked out of the store with it about 10 minutes after I saw it. Nice.....Comment

Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.
