Another vote here for the 75B SA. When I bought it the shop also had an SP-01, but I'm completely impractical and bought the SA entirely because of how it looked.
I've since added a CGW race hammer, short reset system, and trigger with adjustable over travel and pre-travel, and a fiber optic front sight. Those changes are super easy to do yourself with only youtube as a teacher; and I'm someone who can't hardly fix a bicycle. If you go this route, I'd recommend that you NOT buy the starter punch to push out your hammer pins and just buy a second hammer strut (for a total $3 additional cost).
I also have a Kadet .22 kit. A CZ75 with the CGW mods and a kadet adapter is the only range gun you need. It is pretty much all I shoot now.
