That's a great blue! I had to pull out the model 3-5-7 I have just to see the difference. That blue puts a '59 3-5-7 blue to shame. I agree the action is super smooth, especially single action. I did notice the Colts aren't as heavy duty (frame) as the Rugers or S&W N frame but something about the quality of build (part fitting?) puts it on par.
I prefer the case colored hammer! Not sure the significance but it adds some color to the blue.
