I called CA DOJ Firearms Division last week and spoke with an agent in the Assault Weapons section and asked him abou the Micro Roni Stab. He said that "the DOJ has no opinion whatsoever on the legality of the device".

Closest thing to a sub gun SBR were gonna get in California. I understand I can't shoulder it but I think it's still pretty cool.

Pretty much until that agent mentions it to his superior. I for one enjoy shooting all types of guns and configuration. All these stupid gun laws aren't meant to keep us all safe, they are just little steps in a libtard's must do list to turn our government into a socialist/communist state. As of now enjoy shooting your Glocks in those Micro Roni mods and hopefully it stays legal.

Welp, after extensive review and callig around different places, including FFLs, it seems the consensus is that the Micro Roni w/ Stab is legal in CA. So I bit the bullet and ordered it this past Labor Day weekend. Once I get it, I'll let you know how it goes.
