Micro RONI Glock 17 Stabilizer Legal??

I was wondering if this would be legal in CA?

Closest thing to a sub gun SBR were gonna get in California. I understand I can't shoulder it but I think it's still pretty cool.

You would need a 16" barrel, and possible a BB or would it be a gripfin now?

That would be if it was being converted into a rifle. Like the Roni carbine kit that comes with a 16" barrel. This is just a stabilizer only

Its still a pistol. Like how everyone throws the stabilizer on their AR pistols or AK Draco...

Only thing I would look into, is if a pistol in Ca can have a barrel shroud which that kit looks like it gives..

WARNING! | From BATF RONI Classification Letter of May 06 2010 Paragraph 5
            1) Addition of the RONI stock set to a Glock type Pistol results in the manufacture of a

of, any State or possession of the United States, any political subdivision thereof, or an official police organization of such a government entity engaged in criminal investigations. Any person making a firearm under this exemption shall first file an application, in duplicate on Form 1 (firearms) and obtain the approval of the director as prescribed in section 479.62. (Editor’s Note: The 479.70 tax exemption does not apply to individual officer purchases.)

            2) If you actually possess or constructively possess, a pistol and the RONI device, even if the pistol is not assembled into the RONI device, the combination would constitute a short barrel rifle
(SBR) which may not be lawfully possessed unless it is registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record.
You are in constructive possession of an object if you have dominion and control over it whether or not you are actually handling it.

Once again ^^^ That is for CARBINE kit with an actual buttstock that doesn't have the 16" barrel. Doing so makes it a SBR.

OP is posting the arm brace/stabilizer kit. Clearly says non NFA. Not the same thing.

Yup, you would have to cut that thing out of there.

That kit requires compliance with CA assault weapons laws because installing it causes the semi-auto pistol to have a "barrel shroud". [PC 30515(a)(4)(C)]

In order to legally install it on a semi-auto pistol, the semi-auto pistol must operate using a fixed 10 round magazine.
Since "bullet button" style maglocks are no longer legal compliance devices, in order to be considered a fixed magazine, the magazine needs to be installed in such a way that it can not be removed without disassembling the firearm's action or the magazine must be welded/epoxied/riveted into the firearm's magazine well.

Yep which I said above in post #3. barrel shroud is the only thing to look into for pistols because its prob not legal.
