The MSRP seems high but it would undoubtedly retail for less. Small startups cannot possibly compete with the big corporations on price, so it falls back to performance and consumer interest to drive sales. It is certainly innovative looking.

Id rock one of those. I do question the point of that trigger safety though. Is there a way to press the trigger without activating that? What does it exactly prevent?

It is a lot easier to just render judgments, criticisms, and opinions on products than it is to risk huge amounts of capital and time to create something innovative.

Its an expensive gimick. Learn how to shoot and recoil won't be an issue, especially in 9mm, LOL.

That ugly dust cover ruins it, otherwise it would be a good looking pistol. Would like to see one in bead blasted stainless.

Heck if it has a mushy long creepy trigger.... It kinda negates the whole selling point of being a striker fired gun with a 1911 style trigger.. unless you were looking for the fabled Glockteen eleven.

$1174, seems like a lot for a striker fired 9mm pistols. Looks very well built / high quality, I'd honestly never heard of Hudson before this announcement. If the muzzle flip shown in that video is for real, that's very impressive (or maybe that guy has the grip of superman)!

I think most any 9mm that weighs 34oz would have very little flip. Especially when a good part of that weight is towards the muzzle end. That pistol weighs nearly 65% more than a Glock 19.
