Dirty gun after range

Hi guys so I have SA XD 9mm and Beretta 92fs. I've been shooting American Eagle 115g 9mm out both of them and it seems the beretta gets dirtier than the SA. Is this just the nature of the Beretta? Cleaning it too feels more involved too as it seems there's more nooks and crannies to get powder residue into.

Not that much more. Yesterday I had 300 rounds and I was alternating between the XD and Beretta.

I only clean self defense guns. Everything else gets cleaned when it starts jamming. Makes for great practice.

Why clean your gun everytime you shoot it?
I went 6 month shooting over 1000 rounds a month in practice and USPSA matched and never cleaned my CZ SP-01 Shadow. It never missed a beat. It's been over 3 months since the last cleaning. It just goes and goes.

Why clean unless you have to.
My duty is a different story.
