I've Purchased a lot of GLOCKS used and new Funny thing is THEY ALL WORK JUST FINE... Now worries..
BUY IT... and then take it to the range and attempt to wear it out..

I have bought several range rental guns, display guns, and police trade in guns. Even rental guns had no issues whatsoever. Besides, I am trained as an armorer for most guns and don't care if the gun was a beater. If it doesn't work, I will fix it anyways. But, I have never had to.

Oh, buying a "floor sample" Glock. I thought you want to buy a display case for your Glock. I was wondering why would anyone buy a display case to showcase a hammer....unless it's Mjolnir.

Why not recommended something else he didn't want in the first place like a 1911 or a shotgun. (It's cool I am a former owner of 2 each).

Have you ever seen anyone come out of a bathroom stall without washing their hands? They could have handled it. Just keep that in mind when choosing to buy a display gun.

Look for minor scratches on the slide or evidence of having been beat around. If you find this after the DROS, it may gnaw at you for not having seen it. Otherwise, functionally, it should be alright.

Ended up waiting a couple weeks, got a non-idiot molested G19. About 200rds through it so far, great gun that is terribly fun to shoot!

Depends. Some guns actually do become damaged from dryfiring.
