The gun shoot fine .

If the gun shoots fine with a full mag then there really isn't an issue. You don't by any chance baby the slide back into battery when you rack it do you? You shouldn't. Let it slam home from the slide release with a full mag.

Sounds normal. Leave the mags fully loaded for a week or two and the springs will loosen up a little, relieving drag on the underside of the slide. Also make sure you are power stroking the slide to load. Don't ease it forward, let the spring do all the work.
Don't practice loading and unloading with live rounds at home, save it for the range.
