    Glock problems

I have a glock 21 gen 3 , when I rack it back to put one in the chamber it tends to get stuck (not smooth) I have 9 rounds in the magazine. When I take 5 rounds out its back to normal . What can be the problem ?
I don't think it my magazine I have 3 mags and all 3 do the same thing.

Have you tested it by starting with 9 and subtracting a round each chambering attempt? If all three magazines are having the same issue, it does sound like it would be the frame/slide. Previously, was this working flawlessly?

About how many rounds have been fired through the gun total, and what is your racking technique? Do you pull back the slide with authority and let it slingshot forward without riding the slide at all?

Sounds normal. Leave the mags fully loaded for a week or two and the springs will loosen up a little, relieving drag on the underside of the slide. Also make sure you are power stroking the slide to load. Don't ease it forward, let the spring do all the work.
Don't practice loading and unloading with live rounds at home, save it for the range.

I had a similar problem with my 21 Gen 4. With 10 or nine rounds it wouldn't feed easily and I'd have to bump the slide to get it to chamber. It would shoot fine but it did happen with all 3 mags. If I loaded the mags with 8, the problem disappeared. After putting a couple hundred rounds through it it has gotten much better and it only happens occasionally. My thought was that the spring tension with a full magazine pushed the top round too high. The 10th or 9th round sat higher in the top of the mag which led to a feeding problem. I'd keep shooting it to break in the springs.

                  How old are the mags?

I would guess magazines. I had some 10 round 17 mags that would constantly jam the first three rounds when new. I left them loaded in the safe for a couple of months and they work great now. I periodically unloaded/loaded them throughout the two months. There was a noticable difference between the first and the last time I did this.

Same thing as every other thread like this. There's only a few things it can be. Here are the two obvious ones, recoil spring or magazine springs.

It sounds like a recoil spring problem. Buy a new one, they're like 12 bucks.

Shouldn't be happening at all. This a new gun or used? Sounds like a worn out recoil spring.
                        I get 1-2 malfunctions per 500 rounds.

The million dollar question is this: does it fire normally when you have a fully loaded mag?

Chamber a round, remove the mag, fill it up completely, reinsert the mag, and fire. If it runs through the mag with no problem, then the problem might be your racking technique.

Just because you have a problem when racking the slide, doesn't mean the gun has a problem.

I have 12,000 through my Block 19, and 12,000 through the magazines also. Once my slide started feeling weak(not wanting to chamber) and it started flinging brass a mile away I knew I needed a recoil spring. As it wasn't my first time experiencing a worn out spring.

Here are some questions to ask your self.
Does the slide feel weak? Do you have to force it into battery?
Does your gun fling brass unusually far?
If you hold the gun vertical and pull the slide back 1/4, and then let go. Does it go into battery?

All ways to tell if the recoil spring is worn out.

Not getting much info back from the OP....appears that it's NOT new. Wondering: Other than a basic dis-assembly, have you swapped out any parts/taken apart the frame/slide/removed pins. etc? Have you changed anything at all?
Still wondering what kind of ammo your trying to load...
It's not the fall that kills you, it's the sudden stop at the bottom.
