Hey fellow Earthlings, recently I sold my Glock 19 for a HK USP Compact and boy that HK is a beast compare to the Glock. I now know why the HK has a price premium over the Glock. The HK just feel more solid and tight like a wet seal. The HK is like a Porsche and the Glock is like a Toyota.

I agree. Not because it's an "HK" but it just runs like a glock. I still love Glocks they are amazing machines that that just run. But my HK45 is amazing, and I have smaller hands. I sold a gen 4 G19 to fund the HK and will never get rid of it. That being said I will eventually get Glock or two (G34 & G19)

My roommate has a Glock 17, and I feel like my USP is superior in every single way. Great guns. Enjoy it.

I often take my HK45, M&P45 and glock21 to the range for comparisons. (The HK and glock are stock. The M&P has a trigger job). The HK is the better "machine" in every way. The M&P (with the trigger) and a grip angle I prefer tends to edge the stock HK in accuracy but the glock is FAR behind. If I had to grab one for SHTF it would be the HK al day.

With that in mind try the Springfield XDM's or if you want a lower bore axis FNS

The Glock is cheaper, lighter, holds more boolits, has a lower bore axis and has 100 times more aftermarket support. You can also detail strip a Glock in 1 minute. I wouldn't even want to think about detail stripping a USP.
