And hell,... if it's perfection.. how can it be "improved"?

      I've been lied to!

I love Glocks, but I hardly see it as an improvement. Looks like another marketing gimmick.

I asked them the same thing, but I was more thinking about a full size slim line single stack .45

I like it, I dislike the finger grooves on the current generation of Glocks. Or on just about any grip on any firearm.

The cocking serrations don't matter to me, does anyone really buy a Glock for aesthetics?

"What we get away with isn't usually the same as what's good for us"
"An extended slide stop is the second most useless part you can put on a 1911"

"While Ruger DA revolvers may be built like a tank, they have the aesthetics of one also,
although I suppose there are a few tanks which I owe an apology to for that remark"

The fingergrooves have always been a mistake IMO. I will dictate where I put my fingers, not the other way around!!!!!!!!!

Finger grooves actually work fine for me. The parabolic shape gives more surface area for the hand to make contact with providing for a better grip... or so they say.

But yes they fit my hands fine although my hands aren't all that big.

ETA: seriously though the pic looks like a joke. The only noticeable difference in the grip texture and the serrations. How much money spent for minor changes?

They probably spent very little on the changes. Us on the other hand will likely be charged much more. Not really impressed.

Excuse me while I go BARF and then tell my 3rd Gen Glock how beautiful it is!

I think it looks kinda cool and want to handle it and see how it feels.

I don't have a problem with finger grooves on full size Glocks, but on their compacts I prefer the Hogue grip sleeve because the finger grooves don't quite line up with my grip.

I suspect this would remain on the approved list as not radically different from previous models.

                          Dear Glock,

Please make a single stack 45 with dimensions like a 1911. Please also make a single stack 9mm to compete with Kahr. I will be the first in line for both guns.
                          Thanks,

                          Dasmi

Why request for a single stack .45 or "Kahr Killer" with our stupid safe handgun roster? If they do make them, it's not like we're gonna get them here.

But a single stack sub-compact .45 would be real nice.

A fullsize G36 single stack version 45, would be the bomb

meh, the G36 can use a one round extension and get 7 round capacity like a 1911. And the 36 is accurate enough as it is.
