Just came into to it by chance. A buddy didn't care for it, and literally shoved it into my hands. This is my first compact and it shoots way better than I thiught. Great little gun, glad it's in my safe

I love mine as well. I feel it handles recoil better than the 9C.

Get the talon grip and it makes a world of difference.

Mine gets most of my carry rotation but today, it's the XDs 3.3" 45acp. I hate breaking in a new holster. Who needs a G43? ;-)

Got one for my wife. She loved the ability to control it, it being a single stack. Only gripe I'd have is with the magazines they seem to tilt pretty bad. I don't have a problem reloading any mag and these seem to be a bit rough. Anyone have similar problems or have a fix?

I get to pick up my Shield 9mm tomorrow . This is my 2nd handgun. My first handgun is also a S&W (the SD9VE) that I love also. I did the Apex spring kit upgrade and will need to test it out. So far dry firing it, it feels awesome.

I had mine out for the first time hitting the steel plates a few weeks ago. Very happy with my purchase. A little to the left at first but a little tighter weak hand grip brought things in for me.
I did remove the magazine disconnect safety as it was the CA version. I do not care for that feature.
I found the factory trigger on mine just fine, a little heavier than I am used to but nothing that caused me issue so not going to mess with that.
Plus if i get to CCW with this, probably best to leave that factory.
Will be testing the Magguts spring set to increase mag capacity by one round soon.

I need more range time. I can put hits on target but I am pulling some to the left. So far the only complaint I have is the occasional pinch when I reload.

I really like mine and I actually shoot it better than my Springfield GI.

You should be using a 100% grip with each hand. Keeps things centered.
