I don't own my pistol to dress-up like a Barbie doll. I want it combat ready like it is suppose to come from the factory. Less than a 100 rounds should not do jack to the gun.

I haven't read the entire thread but did you try calling them? I have always had better and faster service over the phone compared to email.

Who you calling a POS? Just because we would rather avoid the hassle of waiting for them to send a set screw and would rather make the drive to buy one instead, we are POS?

You want the customer service? Send in your gun for them to fix it then. Or would that put you out of "combat readiness" for too long?

        ^^THIS
OP you wasted more time calling, emailing and waiting for a package than the 15 minute ride that would have taken you to the local hardware store for a $0.19 set screw assuming you know how to remove your slide to take it with you.

I paid nothing to get my problem resolved. I will continue to purchase S&W when it fits my needs.
Sounds to me like you should sell you CZ's and move on. I wouldnt take kindly to that kind of poor customer service myself.

I typically void my warranties soon after purchase so things of that nature doesn't concern me.

I had this problem. The sight actually slid off. I sent the slide in and they replaced with brand new night sight with the set screw. Turnaround was 2 weeks

I stand corrected, I checked my emails with cz and they sent me a fedex shipping label to send in the slide so I didn't pay anything. Response was within an hour of my first email.
