.380 ACP - Hornady Critical Defense 90-gr +P HP
.38 Special - Winchester Silvertip 158-gr +P HP
9mm - Federal Premium HST 147-gr +P HP
.40 S&W - Federal Premium HST 180-gr +P HP
.45 ACP - Federal Premium HST 230-gr +P HP
Everything has been function-tested in their respective guns. Did a little informal penetration/effectiveness testing at the range once. Each of the above gave very satisfactory performance. Also, looked up the respective write-ups in the various gun rags. Liked what I read. As for +P, I'll take any advantage I can get defending myself. And a little extra velocity is never a bad thing. YMMV.
