The owner is great to deal with as well.
No I'm not related to him or the company in any way, just like his belts.

Seriously, it is great to deal with companies that you don't regret giving business to.

Versions shown are $90 on his site... $40-$45 at the Reno gun show. I have at least 6 including one that is inlaid with python. The standard belts are completely appropriate for a business setting, stand up for years and work well.

Tucker gun leather. 1/4 thick belt and pretty damn stiff. But I've never had a belt/holster issue.

                About $80

A stiff belt that fills the holster loops is ideal. If it's not an option at least have a belt loop in the middle of the holster loops will help with your draw.

Personally I like my Zlogonje biothane belt, but their leather belts are first class, just take too long to get. http://www.zlogonje.com/blog1.php

Otherwise I like Boston leather products. Made here is the U.S. and been making police gear for more that 100 years if I remember correctly. There belts are really nice.

We stock their professional dual layer leather LEO dog collars, and they are amazing. Belts are similarly made.

                      Nice gear at reasonable prices.

The biothane belts are down right cheap.

The biothane takes some getting used to. They are completely resistant to the elements. They have as I recall a 2,000lb breaking strength, technically you can tow a car with one. They are wide, they are more flexible but very stiff along the axis. The only complaint is they don't slide much. Once you suit up, they aren't going to shift left or right very much, very stable. And yeah they don't cost much. It isn't going to stand up on it's own like a dual layer leather belt, but it does the job really well.

Biothane is used in everything from K9 dog leads, leashes and collars, to horse equipment. The stuff feels like soft leather to the hands.

Ares belt looks awesome, but little $$$$$.... my 5.11 casual dress belt is too good to go right now.

I've been using Liger gun belts (Maxpedition) for the last 10 yrs. I also have one of 5.11's biothane belts (About 2 yrs now), but I don't like it as much as the Ligers. Plus, the Liger's plain face, solid aluminum buckle is "non tactical" looking & looks good with just about any attire.

I have a Hank Amish ccw belt. I'm not sure of the name but its the plain model for 40-50 dollhairs. Carries glock 26 with a 2mag pouch holder over 12 hours a day, everyday.

I recently purchased the SOE Cobra Riggers belt. Its way more solid than my Hank Amish. I have not had much time with it. Though I could wear it all day long with no issues. Hank Amish looks nicer.
