April 12th interview still not a peep 👀 I have checked all my inboxes religiously every day ? something needs to be done here -
Also, when I was there (April 15), even though there were 100+ slots opened, there was barely anyone around. I am not sure they even filled all those slots.Leave a comment:

Seems like most people from April interviews still haven?t heard back from them. Probably thousands more applicants before mine then, (may 18th interview). At this rate i?ll probably never get my permitLeave a comment:

Interesting observation! Alright, in that case, I'm right there with you -- hoping and praying.Leave a comment:

I was trying to figure out the logic to the movement so far. Seems 6/27, 7/5 and 8/4 had the most movement for a lot of folks. Of course they are all different days which concludes it is totally random. Hoping for movement this week, randomly.Leave a comment:

You only need to bring your driver's license. If you didn't upload your proof of residency documents, maybe bring those, but I would highly recommend those be uploaded before you go. Other than that, just dress somewhat professionally (business casual), and answer respectfully and truthfully. They mostly go over the same questions you filled out in the application, maybe a little deeper. Like they asked if I ever called the police on someone, or if someone ever called the police on me, have I ever visited someone in prison, road rage incidents, etc. This would also be a good time to correct any mistakes you may have filled out on you application. I initially forgot to report a car accident I was in, so I disclosed that in the interview, along with a Fast-Track ticket I had initially forgotten about. As long as you're truthful, and don't have any glaring red flags, you'll be fine. Honest answers shouldn't trip you up. I have since received my permit and have been carrying daily. Good luck!Leave a comment:

I feel for you and the rest on the 15th. I?m pissed that while I may have gotten mine, you all are still in the dark. What I do know is, there were 125+ people that interviewed after me on the 12th that many of which are also in the dark as well. The only thing I can pass along is (as the sheriff I spoke to when I picked mine up) is there is now one guy doing interviews and one guy processing them. Why they mega interviewed so many on the 12th is beyond me as they almost certainly caused this clog in processing for those that date and beyond???Leave a comment:

This is where I don't understand why they're stalled... There's a batch of us that did our interviews on April 15 (three days after your batch). You were contacted within a few weeks to book your psych eval, but those of us in the April 15 batch are still waiting to be contacted (i.e., our names haven't even been passed onto the psych eval agency yet -- I confirmed that).
What a mess.
So glad to see some folks moving forward, though! The positive movement is reassuring!Leave a comment:

Just show up and answer the questions. From what I remember it was the same questions on the application. Dress business casual. Bring your I?d, and smell good. From what I remember the only tricky question sort of was last time you got in a ?road rage incident? which could be like any time you flipped the bird to someone. I could be wrong but I remember that question. It?s super easy.

I had my interview on April 19th and still have not heard anything. Calling and emailing does not work. Interviewer said mine should be slam dunk. Should hear in 4-6 weeks. It is now August 5. I have talked to others that interviewed after and are on final stages of their approval. Any April 19th people still waiting?
I've yet to hear that anyone that interviewed April 15th or later have had ANY movement past initial interview.
Please correct me if im wrong here.Last edited by pythonfan; 08-05-2023, 9:52 PM.Leave a comment:
