Wait time

I just called. They said they are working July. I have a feeling wait times are only going to increase because more and more people have been applying since word has gotten out.
Now for the wait. I applied in January

My wife and I both used Ca Security Training as well. Ian was my instructor (right before he left I understand) and my wife had Steve I believe his name was. Excellent training! Highly recommended.

BTW, if anyone knows the whereabouts of Ian, please let me know. I was wanting to do some other training with him.

I did my training way early in anticipation if hearing in 90 days, I qualified with three guns, went back 5 months later and qualified with a different one, they took two from the original and then the third from a different day

Good to hear if you don't mind me asking where did you go for the qualifications I figure I will start looking now and get things ready

If you have already applied they will put what ever you qualified with in training in your permit not what you put on your application, that is a preliminary list

Thank you slipknot95758 that was the answer I was looking for I appreciate you getting back to me. With the way the process is going I probably have another couple months till I hear my decision of my application so I have some time left .

I'm still in the process of obtaining my CCW if I wanted to change one of my guns that I put on the application does anyone know how I would be able to do that ? Do I just go into the sheriff's office ? Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated and I hope everyone hears nothing but good news on their process.

My question then is where is the money from our fees going. The law states that they are not allowed to charge more than the actual cost of processibg the app but not more than 100. That means the money is there to hire more
