Ok folks here's the timeline break down for anyone interested.

03/17/19 -Uploaded all docs required
04/04/19 -Permit approved and paid final fee.

Now waiting for final notice via email with instructions for pick up. I know the pick up days "tues and thurs". I'm guessing it's just to let me know when it's ready to pick up and to bring my photo ID I used in the application. Am I right?

02/28/19 -Approved for Livescan and 16hr training
03/01/19 -Livescan done "South Sac Office"
03/17/19 -16hr training and qualification completed "The Gun Range"
03/17/19 -Uploaded all docs required
04/04/19 -Permit approved and paid final fee.

Ok so I just received another text and email for final payment and pick up next available pick up day. Someone must be reading or keeping track of this thread lol. I think it’s a coincidence that the very next day of my inquiry about this issue I get the finalized step. Hopefully the others people within my time frame received it too. Chime in if you did.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately the email that I received from Permitium states “Please do not respond to this email as this address is not checked“. Also states at the bottom of email “Once the above steps have been completed and we have received your FBI/DOJ clearances from the LiveScan, you will receive an email with further instructions“. I guess they’re waiting for Livescan results to send another email for further instructions? I checked to make sure all documents they want are present and uploaded.

With the timeline you’re presenting, send the inquiry to “CCW@sacsheriff.com”. Keep it simple: timeline of actions taken and you think everything is complete, but the system isn’t responding. They do review the incoming, and, if necessary, respond (or, tweak the system so it responds.)

I initially applied Oct 11th. Appointment was February 20th. Kept checking constantly for cancellations for earlier date but did not find one. When was your interview?

Same here... No email since the one instructing to livescan, and upload training and current proof of residency. Mine also says not to reply and to wait for another email, which is what I think all 3 of us are waiting for.

You received an email with information on Feb 28 and direction to follow.

Make sure everything is updated and correct, then reply to the email affirming that everything is in place. They will respond within 2-3 days.

You should see movement in that system once you have the training, qualifications, and required documents submitted. They don't usually assign or evaluate further until that paperwork is submitted. Believe it or not, some people fail to continue with the process - they application is null after about 6 months.
