oh.. and congratulations on getting your process started. Its good to have more trained armed patriots out here.

I cant stand shooting at indoor ranges..its th3 suck. A big reason I enjoy going to Sac Valley Shooting Center/ Wes at LFI. Takes about 35/40 minutes to drive through the country to get there from Folsom

I used the Gun Range in North Highlands for renewal. Close by, reasonable pricing, nice facility and a staff focused on getting you qualified.

I have used Wesley at LFI for last 8 years for first class/renewals and advanced training. I like using the facility at Sac Valley Shooting center as well. Relaxed & friendly training- but SUPER safe atmosphere. Not super tactical wear your plates and head cover, but you can if you want.

Now on to find a CCW class in the next couple weeks. Any recommendations?
Best Handgun Training in Lincoln was great! He gives a $25 discount for Calgunners too.

He has his own thread in the concealed carry gen discussions forum.

Training certs are good for 6 months. The problem is, if your GC doesn't get approved, you've lost the cost. If you're confident you'll move forward, go ahead and take the training. The sooner you can provide all documents, the sooner they'll issue.

You're almost through the hardest part...waiting for the interview.

    Then, waiting for approval.

Perfect. Thought so. Just seeing other people talk about a very different order of events got me worried I misunderstood.

    Thanks!
