I'm currently I'm going through my Oregon CCW process... My question is, can I get a CCW in Sacramento county without a CA identification? My lease, utilities, etc are all in my name and have Sacramento addresses. The only road bump I foresee is my Oregon drivers license.

Any insight on this would be great!

When submitting an application for a NEW, RENEWAL or Address MODIFICATION, all applicants will be required to upload the following:

All proofs of residency must include your home address (we do not accept P.O. Boxes as addresses!) You will need to scan two (2) items for proof of residency. Utility bill
    Bank statement
    Cell phone bill

Had my CCW interview this morning. They brought up past incidents that while minor, I had forgotten about. But at the end of it he said Id receive a email soon stating whether or not it was granted or denied but he said he didnt see anything that would cause it to be denied based on what we discussed in the interview. I guess we will see.

You don’t have to remove it from the license before or after you sell it.

We’ll then to the nitty gritty….what are you thinking of selling? I (probably) don’t need it, but others here might be interested. Also, the Marketplace would be a good place to post it up.

I was looking on Sacramento County page GUN MODIFICATIONS and the second requirement say, Training and Qualification Form and the Firearms Training Certificate from your Firearms Instructor. Meaning I have to take a 4hr firearm training to requalify my 2 handguns that I want to show up my permit? Thank you in advance.

This is 100% true. I applied August 5 2021and initially had a May 2022 interview date. I kept searching and was able to get it down to September 27 2021. Unfortunately I had just gotten out of the hospital from Covid on 9/22 and was in no position to make it so I had to reschedule. Currently I have a March 21/2021 interview date but I check daily for sooner dates.
