What bunch of BS. The Supreme Court just ruled they could not just ban places in common use just for the fact that people gather there.

Unfortunately CA don't care and know they can delay this in court for years. Can't stand these people mean while most of them carry to protect themselves and are exempt from these laws they pass.

Not a lawyer, but, yup, pretty much.

It’ll be litigated because it won’t pass the history test. They’re essentially making everything federal land by disallowing carry even in parking lots. These people are just … evil.

They, or the NRA, needs to gets lots and lots of eyes on this,.and be ready with the immediate injunctions and stays on this thing should it ever see the light of day. New York and California are clearly working together in defiance of this SC ruling. We need the SC to weigh in on the New York recently passed law now! Before it goes into effect, to a Federal Judge needs to intervene and rule it unconstitutional ASAP. If they tackle the NY law, CA will back off, imo

Looks like I got a text today it say please do not respond to check my email. The email says nothing just the subject line says additional documentation needed.

I checked DOJ and my firearms is still in processing.

My online account says nothing. I'm going to have to call tomorrow see what they need. However the investigator told me in the interview if I get a email asking for additional information that I was most likely denied. [emoji35][emoji2959][emoji2959][emoji35][emoji26]

I will update tomorrow.

CCW team is awesome. They checked my file and said no additional info needed that the message is informational only due to CA DOJ delays.

I think their just trying to keep us updated. RCSD CCW Team is the best.

I had a feeling I was going to fall under the new CA DOJ process they announced after the Bruen ruling.

Well looks like it might be 3 more months. Will keep you updated.

Shall issue state california = politicians freaking out. GOOD! Tell everyone, friends, family and their mother to get a CCW. This way We The People California will squash politicians out of the way and win our freedom back. Seriously. If we get enough of people who gets their CCW and understands SB 918 is a POS bill with a fat dildo on the rear end. I already had and talked to 9 people who are willing to get a CCW. Help me out you guys.
