I never used or practiced, nor do I want to, all those tucked into your a** concealed options.
i'll be stunned if they allow a chest/crossdraw.

And I don't think so. See posts below. I've entertained application date, live scan completion date, and whether or not there was an interview conducted as factors for what order they are going by. Still haven't it figured out.

    Applied 6/24
    Scanned 6/25
    CA b/g 7/8
    FBI b/g 7/6
    Firearms 8/4

She was approved on 8/31. I didn't receive any notice yet. She missed the initial call and received an email and a text to pay the remaining fee. She scheduled the range qualifications when she got a call back to remind her to set up a appt on 9/7. She was able to set up an appointment for 10/23. She emailed to ask about the holsters and a officer instructed her to bring a good quality holster and said it didn't matter if it was IWB or OWB. She decided she is going to bring OWB because she think it's easier and less stressful to qualify with. She asked the person on the phone about my application and was told "...moving through the chain of command." Hope this hopes clear up somethings for you guys

Neither of us have anything weird on our records, but she is a nurse and had to be in the system with a live scan already. No interview for her, I'm not yet approved so I am not sure.

The good news is your 90 days is coming up. If you don't get a decision by 9/25, you can cite PC 26205. It'll be interesting to see what response they will have if it comes to that.

I feel like they're not going by first come, first serve completely. While that's the general trend, there are some who applied early and are still waiting to hear back while others who applied later already received approvals and are scheduled for training/quals.

Yea, having submitted a live scan in July and still waiting for it to complete in September is definitely an anomaly. The firearms portion of the live scan has always taken the longest, but a lot of those who started their live scans in July cleared in about a month.
