I got this same email. What kind of bull**** is this? First off, it's none of their damn business how I store MY guns in MY house. Second, what does storage my my guns have to do with CCW? I think it's time to consult with an attorney before proceeding any further with these lunatics. I will not be sending them any pictures of the interior of my home. NONE of this is in the spirit of Bruen OR the Kavanaugh concurrence allowing for "shall issue" permitting. I have permits in multiple states already and NONE of them required me to submit photographs from inside my home.

You guys should contact CRPA (phone, email, FB, whatever) to make sure they know about Ahern requiring photos of your guns stored in your home.

They already know. So does FPC.

Not heard a peep since the moving forward email. In my class, they mentioned Wednesday, June 29th ACSO had 150 applicants.

If you filed on the 23-25 you have to be in the top 20-50 and I have not heard of anyone having any movement except

I applied on 6-25 and didn't receive anything like this. I suppose I'm in the next batch? hopefully? clock is ticking on Penal Code 26205 (if they care).

                    I wouldn't call it movement.

A while after applying the night of the SCOTUS application I had my payment refunded. Then later received the initial email from Mulder. Logged in and still see my application as submitted and awaiting to be assigned a processor. Then received one other email, then this email today about the pictures of my storage at home.

I've submitted all required paperwork and later added/uploaded a copy of my competition of a 16-hour approved CCW course. Still haven't heard anything about going to Livescan, scheduling an interview, etc.

In a class I took at the range in July the information was passed on that after the ruling ACSO that 150 applicants on June 29.

That's hardly any at all. They should have been able to get 150 applicants through the process pretty darn quickly and easily. If that number is true they are obviously blatantly stalling and dragging their feet.

I agree you guys must have children listed in the household I can't see them able to ask you for photos unless you buy a long gun they ask and you sign a declaration of what you have to store it.

That's what I was thinking. 150 in 3 days seems low!

I honestly think that was an understatement, I feel like the true number is a lot more.

my application was sent and received on June 25th. have not heard a thing since the last rounds of emails stating they would start processing in the order they were received.
