      If money is an issue... Get all the stripped lower you can buy, everything else you can get later.... Well most everything and read up on our states gun laws...

                  I agree. It's not too late to start. Get as many lowers as you can, everything else is not considered a firearm and will be readily available later on. Welcome and have fun!
