I keep getting this damn silly message intermittently, sometimes it does it after I click the post button, it is getting really annoying .

What you fail to realize is that not everyone has the ability to post once logged in. You have a clear shot at the browsing and posting, others are still struggling to get access.

I have encountered an issue where I am unable to open the activity to read my private messages. When I log on I get a pop up alerting me to the presence of new messages and I can see in the header that I have 3 unread messages.

When I click the hyperlink for "Private Messages" when using my desk top PC I get an error message of " This page isn't working. www.calguns.net is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500". I have tried this with Edge and with Firefox

When I use my Macbook or iPad and click the link for "Private Messages" i am taken to a blank web page. I have tried this with Safaria and DuckDuckGo.

Sorry if this is a repeat of a known issue. I did scan the thread but did not see any posts about this issues.

I don't know why some of you are having so much trouble with this. I just logged in newly with an alternate browser, and the forum works fine for me.

Okay, here is what I noticed. If I use a fresh browser (empty cache, no cookies or site data):

1) Login to calguns.net
2) Set my UI to Calguns 1.1 with the pull down at the bottom of the page
3) View a thread
4) Try returning to the forum root by hitting the leftmost link Calguns.net at the top which shows you your path location in the forum, and it does switch back to Calguns 1.0 UI and it shows me as logged out.
5) Refresh the page, and I am back logged in, and again using Calguns 1.1.

After that, I never see any further problem. Use the refresh button if it happens to you. I am using Firefox 111.0 for this.

It is back to refusing to let me log on unless I use Edge.

This is a deal breaker for me.
