Despite all the performance issues, moving to a different site does not present an attractive option when the various users and threads do not follow.

I've been a long time browser, which I really enjoyed, and just recently started posting. This level of slowness must be doing some serious damage to its viewership. I hope whatever updates they are doing will solve this issue. I would even be willing to throw a little $ at them if that's what it takes, but not until I see there is some effort to fixing this.

there are always going to be those stupid drivers that do maximum speed limit posted in fast lane and no care for holding up the traffic. one time i drove in the slow lane and matched their speed just to see how long before they move to slower lane. after being honked and tailgated by several vehicles, the stupid driver continued to maintain his course like he's the only one in the freeway.
