    I sure hope the software upgrade fixes the site loading performance and timeout issues. These degrade the user experience far more than the question mark special character bug.
    A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

    The Second Amendment makes us citizens, not subjects. All other enumerated rights are meaningless without gun rights.
