Slow Speed

The only website I frequent that behaves this way, sometimes very responsive, other times painfully slow. So slow it's virtually impossible to navigate the various subforums. Click on the bookmark link, nothing happens for 15-20sec...OK, another one of those CG sessions. Move on to other sites.

ps, after clicking post, received response "posting quick response, please wait"; that about sums it up

I notice that it runs at a good speed but it gets really slow at night

Really inconsistent. Sometimes i cant get on the website because the connection timesout trying to connect.

Pomona! They were the best. I'd try to walk every row through every building. The last show before the aw ban was packed with people and guns. Good times.

Still having issues. It seems to be on and off again. Sometimes the pages load quickly, sometimes it times out. Last night was terribly slow so I gave up and went to watch tv.

It is truly annoying - at times lightning fast and other times not even a gallon of colonoscopy prep would be able to fix this....

Took three tries just to post that it is almost not even worth it now. Takes minutes sometimes to just read a few posts.

Calguns performance has been so bad lately that activity in threads I subscribe to has slowed down substantially. People are leaving altogether due to the unusable load times.

Got to agree, been looking for an alternative lately. Has there even been any acknowledgement yet from mods about the problems and what’s going on?

Just an observation. Seems to be fine in the early morning. It's OK right now as I write this.

Then it starts to crawl as if the server or network gets congested. It pretty much remains slow throughout the day and picks up speed late in the evening.
