I feel the store layout can be greatly improved so it can offer faster service thus improve customer experience. For example, some comments mention simple ammo purchases taking 30+ minutes. Perhaps it would be easier if the cashiers had access or closer proximity to them.
Take for example Walmart has the ammo display case next to the cashier in their sporting section.
2nd idea.
2 separate number ticketing systems - one for looky loos and one for people that actually want to buy ammo / pick ups / consignments / actually doing business and help Turners make $$$.
How to make this fun?
Number system #1 - Titled (Not sure, but still need help, show some love)
Number system #2 - Pretty sure and ready to roll! But don't hate if I I'm not 100% sure.
This will help with staffing and morale by leveling the playing ground as the staff can shift between the 2 systems and have the ability to earn extra $$.
This will also help set some expectation between customer and staff with room to adjust.
WIN/WIN
