I got your sale flyer in the mail and I went to your Kearny Mesa store today to purchase one of the GSG 1911 .22 auto pistols. The man I talked to said that they have not come in yet, which I understand, as we talked he told me that if I buy it sight unseen even though they are coming to the stores that I will loose my deposit if I don't like it. ....

We do not charge a restocking fee for a gun that you have never seen, or in situations where a gun is unavailable for a period that is too long for you or in situations where you just change your mind and want to get into another gun.

So i just got a 10 22 compact from your pasadena store and besides the normal BAD! customer service, why is there a 5 dollar handling fee for new guns? I could understand for ppt's but not for new gun sales. It's just too bad I didn't see the charge until I got home otherwise I would have said something. Also from what I have read there have been posts on this fee here on Calguns and it has been generally considered nonsense.

Your number display board is broken in Reseda and has been for a long long time, calling who is next and comparing numbers to see who has the lowest works, but it would be nice to see how close you are to being up while browsing other items. Like others have stated I think it would add more of a sense of order as well.

Thanks for the great service this weekend, I picked up a shotgun on Saturday and came back and grabbed the S&W 460 you had on display on Sunday, I had been considering having it special ordered for a few months and couldn't pass up the opportunity.

I've tried going to Turner's in Reseda at different hours of the day and always find myself having to wait around 30 minutes typically. the most recent occurrence was today. Waited 35 minutes just to get some ammo. Although I most likely will be back to Turner's I definitely won't be back for ammo.

Love the customer service in Kearney Mesa, very knowledgable and nice. How About a nice Sig sale. I could use a new 226 and they are incredibly popular and rarely go on sale. Perhaps all the models including the navy and 226 r by chance?
