I had mentioned that I can see product reviews the vast majority of the time, but had some item with reviews that I could neither sort nor access regardless of what I tried.
Since I remembered one such item, I wanted to provide a link here to help keep your development team from having to search. The item was a Strike Industries FDE charging handle at this URL:
The item has 55 reviews (at the time of my viewing) yet I cannot see or sort by star-count any reviews. The message I see at the bottom of the page says:
"There are no reviews available for your selection"
By including this link, I figured it might save some time and also help your staff determine whether or not this problem is confined to my experience.
